Thrifting for Spring Looks - The Goodwill Edition

Last year I did an IG takeover for the Goodwill NY/NJ and I had a ball! I went to three locations around Manhattan creating beautiful spring looks for any occasion - work, wedding, brunch, date night - you name it.

Watch the videos and get some style inspiration for life indoors or outdoors :).

My new favorite wedding look! The skirt is flowy, floor length, and a great peach hue to complement any printed blouse. It's feminine and pretty!

Style Tip! Wear the same color shoe as your pants or skirt to add height and create a long, seamless look. It's like one continuous flow.

I like a low cut bootie every now and then on those cool spring days. It's a nice transition from the winter. Maxi skirts and dresses are summer staples - soft, comfy and great for mixing and matching with any top - tees, button up shirts, tank tops, etc. Now's a great time to re-up on those spring/summer staples!

Style Tip! Tie a shirt at your waist to add a silhouette that's flattering to your shape.

A tunic is one of my favorite spring and summer pieces. Pair it simply with a camisole or tank top and a pair of denim jeans. Easy! It can double as a swimsuit cover up, too. Add a wedge heel for height or flat sandals.

Style Tip! If a tunic feels boxy or shapeless on you, add a thin leather belt of a belt made out of fabric to cinch that waistline.

This rightchea is a spring work outfit special. If you're in the office or at home on Zoom calls, a simple striped tee paired with you favorite slacks in comfortable and appropriate for any #WFHoutfit.

When you're shopping don't be afraid to hit the other departments, especially when you're thrifting or consignment shopping. Jackets, graphic t-shirts, and hats are great pieces that you can find in the men's department that might rock with your style.
